He has been married to Alice for 36 years and they raised their three daughters, Anna, Angela and Katie, in Waynesboro. Frank and Alice have two sons-in-law, Alex Grovenstein and Chris Dalzell, and four grandchildren, Emma Kate, Campbell, Davis and Murphy. They live in Barrett Plantation and are active members of Rosemont Heights Baptist Church.
