In 1997, after 25 years of self-employment in retail sales in Burke and Richmond Counties, Cathy Hawkins and her husband Greg earned auctioneer’s licenses and started their own Auction Business.

They quickly learned that real estate was a natural extension of their business and Cathy earned her real estate license in 2001. After establishing a good working relationship with Glenn Whitaker, Cathy and Glenn decided to open Hawkins and Whitaker Real Estate, LLC. Hoping to bring more options to buying and selling real estate, Hawkins and Whitaker offers Real Estate Auction Services.
